We found these cheek enhancers in the back of a professional costume prop catalog, and have never looked back, so to speak.  Discreet elastics keep them from falling down, but we cannot guarantee that your friends won't fall down laughing.  Made of flexible plasticized foam.  Skin colored (not counting the undies).  Approximately 8" high.  As for depth, we'll leave that math to you, but be careful with the ruler.
