You can enjoy genuine espresso coffee right on your stovetop, just as millions of Italians do each morning!  We add rich milk- foam (see our Milk Frother) and a bit of sugar to ours...there's hardly a better way to start the day. 

The European 6-cup model shown here is, in our view, better for two American-size cups.  You may use a wide variety of espresso blends...or simply grind your favorite Starbucks a few more seconds.  These mighty little pots are workhorses, turning tap water into steam within a tightly sealed container.  Hot water rises quickly through the ground coffee as pressure builds.  A high quality silicone seal maintains order in the house.  Start to finish...it takes about 5 minutes for this phenom to be at my bride's bedside.

Our daughter married an Italian Italian and lives in Tuscany.  When we were first introduced, Enzo wouldn't even cast a glance at coffee made by a Yank.  But now, the man positively waves his cup my way, for more.
