We found them in a factory that manufactures costumes for stage props.  Not for wearing to church or to work...unless your work requires show-stopping attraction...these shoes are for pure fun. 

Shiny red vinyl.  See size box above for sizing.  Can be (and are) worn my men, ladies and other adventurous souls.  Best of all, at $19.99, they are inexpensive.  Both cheap chic and a cheap thrill.  It's all good.
