Ah, the wonder of being snowed in!!
It doesn't happen very often in Vermont, thanks to the heroes that "drive truck" through our blizzards. But when "she blows" out there, we do pause to consider how well we're provisioned...just in case the roads close. This gift basket could actually raise your hopes for such a night!
Ray Burke was Vermont's former State Road Dispatcher and legally blind. He led his drivers with legendary skill and good humor. Once asked how he could manage such a feat with his crucial handicap, he replied "...I'm not handicapped! I just can't see worth a damn!" Ray also played a great saxophone, we're told.
If you find yourself snowed-in in our state (or your state) one night, you'll be glad to have this gift basket at your side.
