“What exactly is maple cream?”
Despite the name, maple cream doesn’t contain any dairy. It’s made from just one ingredient: Vermont maple syrup. The syrup is heated, cooled, and gently stirred until it transforms into a silky, spreadable cream with a texture similar to soft butter — but entirely dairy-free, vegan, and naturally gluten-free.
The flavor is rich, smooth, and intensely maple. Customers tell us it tastes like “maple frosting, but better.”
